Excellent service – highly recommended. I contacted Tech Tuning Northwest after developing a persistent AdBlue countdown on my Mercedes C220d. The tank was full, but the car was still counting down towards a non-start situation. I'd already had the car looked at elsewhere and diagnostics carried out but hadn't managed to get the problem resolved. Gary came out, carried out a comprehensive diagnostic scan before starting and clearly knew his way around the Mercedes system. My scan showed the existing NOx sensor communication faults together with the AdBlue countdown/start-inhibition faults. The work was completed professionally and afterwards the AdBlue countdown disappeared and the car started normally with no engine-management light. A scan afterwards also showed that the previous NOx/AdBlue faults were no longer present. I was particularly impressed that I was sent a full diagnostic report for my records rather than simply being told the job was done. After spending a lot of time trying to get this issue resolved, it was a relief to finally get a result. Professional, knowledgeable and straightforward service. Our 2019 MG ZS went straight to red warning light on the GPF. No Amber warning! It did this before and cost over £1500 for a new GPF at the dealership! Gary came out Saturday morning arrived bang on time and cleaned the filter and cleared the warnings, plus went through some other faults in the log. At last! Someone who responds to messages AND turns up on the day and time arranged. Gary cracked on with accessing the DPF and after checking the job needed to be done, he then began the deep clean of the filter. Goodness me, there was definitely a lot of c**p blocking it. I was taken aback by how dirty it was. When finished, all warning lights were off and it's driving as it should. Very reasonable price and completed without any hassle. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Tech Tuning NW and Gary. Gary came to our home, carried out a full diagnostic check on my wife’s car and cleaned the DPF filter. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful, explaining everything clearly throughout. Highly recommended
